      Pros

      Great work environment, work wise - attention to detail .You get to work with international architects and learn from them, which is a major pro. Very well organised. Get so much to learn.

      Cons

      Cons - Nothing as such , just that the Process of designing and achieving the final is a lot time taking

      Pros

      Excellent place to learn work. Exposure to Experienced International Designers. Very friendly and cooperative work environment. Opportunity to work on large scale projects of varied nature.

      Cons

      Less opportunity to work independently without approval at every step. Career growth opportunities reduce with Seniority as the organisation does not want to grow large.
