Good starting position, nice location

Over worked, no IT, no available HR. No overtime and expected to work overtime and weekends with no compensation or acknowledgment for it. Cares about clients over there own workers when it comes to time use. Doesn't want to change for the better when it comes to workflow, security and Tech. Not strong in helping others advance into better jobs with skills. Upper management never around I'm the office.

Great office space and perks.

Poor communication with the employee.
