Many of the employees are genuinely kind, talented people who try to make the best of a bad situation. Unfortunately, they're stuck under the thumb of a dictatorial CEO, which makes it hard for their skills and goodwill to shine.

At Studio Center, exploitation isn’t accidental, it’s built into the business model. Talent are paid less than 40% of what clients are billed, a rate far below ethical industry standards, while the company charges clients premium prices. The CEO leads through lies, intimidation, and public belittling, creating a culture of fear where employees stay silent rather than question unethical practices. If you value fair pay, respect, and integrity, this is not the place for you. Leadership’s lack of ethics trickles down, making exploitation the norm rather than the exception.
