The community with both employees and clients is unlike anything I've ever experienced. It isn't a job that will make you millions, but you get rich in other ways!

The schedule can be demanding and sometimes unpredictable with coverage. There is a bit of work that must go into each class you teach, which is unpaid (class planning).
