While certain tasks may feel repetitive at times, this is part of maintaining consistency across brands. 1.ii). We would also like to clarify that our team is structured in line with the current workload. In situations where tasks are not completed within working hours due to productivity gaps or extended breaks, additional time may be required, which should not be interpreted as understaffing. 2. Regarding compensation, all employees join us after mutually agreeing upon the offered salary. That said, we maintain an open-door policy, and anyone who feels under-compensated is always encouraged to have a discussion with us. 3. We take feedback like this seriously. At our organization, decisions regarding employment are not made impulsively, but are based on performance and overall conduct. 4. We are sorry to hear that your experience of the work environment was not positive. We take pride in building a culture that includes team bonding activities, offsites, movie nights, a pet-friendly environment, and basic in-office amenities like breakfast and snacks. Many of our team members value this environment, though we understand experiences may vary. 5. We communicate transparently at the time of joining about the contracts & appraisal structure.
