- Work culture that tries to embody flexibility, good parental leave, ahead of the curve in terms of non-financial benefits
- Leadership take on feedback well and protect their staff as much as they can from difficult external stressors
- Amazing chance to support young people and mental health
- Got to work on interesting projects
- WFH and flexible working
- Lots of staff have been there a long time which seems like an endorsement of the culture

Cons
- Salaries low but not unusual for the charity sector
- HE sector struggling financially which has knock-on implications for the charity
- Workforce review and reduction of hours for staff above a certain grade created unease
- Don't get much in-person time with the team due to geographic spread and funding constraints
- Little room for career progression, minimal movement among middle/senior level roles which makes medium/long-term career growth less probable
