Pros
People: I worked with an amazing team and some truly great people. Challenges: There were lots of opportunities to grow as a developer, take on responsibilities, and have a real impact on the product experience.
Cons
The company went downhill pretty fast after I joined (mid/2022). There were at least four restructures, and the layoffs/redundancies were handled with zero transparency. Management made promises about the severance package, but then went back on some of those promises, which was really disappointing.
