3yThank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We take feedback very seriously and we are committed to listening to and addressing any issues that are raised by employees or ex-employees.
We are currently going through a shift, evolving from our early days as a startup, to becoming an established scaleup. This shift usually comes with change, however, we really care about maintaining a healthy and dynamic work environment during this phase and ensuring transparency about our strategy throughout the company. Our values are at the core of our DNA and we are proud that each Stuwie embodies these values to date.
We keep working on management best practices, and our leadership positions are defined through a solid career growth framework with an in-depth review process to ensure that all leaders obtain their positions through their skills, their professional merit, and their team's trust. Stuart's 3y strategy plan has been presented during company all hands in December, and we are focusing on key annual priorities through our OKR framework, as a first step of our mid-to-long term development plan.
