Although we generally require 15 hours a week, we do now provide unlimited LOA to our employees. Can't wait to see some more feedback after you work with us longer.       Pros

      - Be able to be staff in a community that is supportive of a lot of different genders, sexualities, races, opinions, etc. You don't find that a lot anymore. - Flexible hours, we're able to basically complete tasks in our own timeline as long as it doesn't take forever. - Fun staff activities and the ability to chill and just hang out/get to know each other sometimes.

      Cons

      - Assignments are not always easy and sometimes they do take a while, but if one has a flexible weekly/day to day schedule it should be easy enough!
