Pros

Pay scale is good, work culture is ok ok, events like family function, annual awards might attract employee.

Cons

I can't say about other departments, but never join R&D communication department of Stryker if you have plans to upgrade your skills and want to change your stream, they will just create such negative environment for you that you yourself will think of leaving, they don't encourage you to learn anything new instead if they find that you are interested to learn something different then they will plan to make you quit, also, this team is women biased, if any women talk badly to you, that will not be considered negative but if you talk badly to any women you will have to face negative consequences.

Pros

The individual contributors you work with are fantastic people and the products we work on are really interesting and have significant impacts on patient care.

Cons

Sports Medicine has unfortunately changed from a dynamic and collaborative group to one being led by toxic leadership. Rather than working together and trusting team members, they now have an in group and out group. If you’re in the in group, you can say anything you want without being questioned and be automatically trusted even when your track record says otherwise. If you’re in the out group and your message doesn’t align with what the leadership wants to hear, then you are automatically wrong and not to be trusted.
