Pros
I came from working for larger companies performing the same position where I was just a number to now working at Structure Studios because I wanted to be more than a randomly numbered employee. Here at Structure Studio what I do matters to the company. I'm a part of a smaller team that all know each other, versus in other places my team was just another person you message for assistance or about an issue but never see because the office is too large. Regular company events and lunches ensure that I know everyone's name, and know my coworkers on a more than professional level. This only helps when we work with other teams on projects and makes communication great in the office. I can carry on a conversation with anyone at Structure Studios and that was more than I could say for previous employment opportunities. Structure Studios was exactly what I was looking for in a company.
Cons
I have personally never had any cons or downsides to my position or working at Structure Studios. I like to keep clear and concise communication so I always know what is expected of me and to make sure everyone is on the same page. I think this helps with the fact of never having any issues in five years.
