Good atmosphere and people. Great for graduqtes. Great opportunities for travel on large projects in some beautiful places.

Dont try and keep skilled staff and expect staff to continuously train new comers that may not stick around.

The atmosphere and the coworkers at the office I worked at were excellent. The pay incrementally matched that of other competitors in the same line of work. Training courses were paid for by the company which was very nice.

The pay for the load was a little bit on the lower end.
