CEO Scott Burns has helped build a culture that is relaxed but hard-working, transparent and filled with integrity. The direction of the company is always communicated clearly and I very much feel like my voice is heard (and acted upon) when I bring up important issues. Experimentation and diversity of thought are encouraged and celebrated. We work hard but I'm also able to leave my work at work for the most part. Everybody on the team is talented and dedicated to their craft. And while folks are usually working independently, my experience collaborating with others has been very positive. Most importantly, Scott is an innovative and inspirational leader who practices what he preaches. He's also pretty damn funny (in a uniquely Scott way). I love that our work schedules are flexible and we're able to work from home 2x a week, however, there is a trade-off to this flexibility. It's hard to organize outings after work and bond with colleagues outside of the professional environment. That being said, it can be done, you just have to put in a little more planning and effort.
