Pros

The product is amazing and customers tell us all the time how much they love it. We all feel a strong sense of purpose to what we're building and understand how we contribute to the larger goals. Structural's team is impressive, smart and kind with no egos or politics. Everyone operates as a team. The tools used and the company culture make it possible to balance working in the office and remote which leads to successful, intentional and happy employees.

Cons

This isn't really a con for Structural in particular---just as with any start-up small teams require people to wear a number of different hats and meeting the many high priority demands with short notice can be challenging at times.

Pros

I really enjoyed my time at Structural and can’t recommend it highly enough, especially for those looking to grow and build upon their skill sets. Everyone who works at Structural is very intelligent and hard-working - it’s a bonus that everyone is so down to earth and great to work with as well.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, priorities change quickly. This isn’t a con, just something to be aware of in making sure the company will be the right fit for you.

Pros

CEO Scott Burns has helped build a culture that is relaxed but hard-working, transparent and filled with integrity. The direction of the company is always communicated clearly and I very much feel like my voice is heard (and acted upon) when I bring up important issues. Experimentation and diversity of thought are encouraged and celebrated. We work hard but I'm also able to leave my work at work for the most part. Everybody on the team is talented and dedicated to their craft. And while folks are usually working independently, my experience collaborating with others has been very positive. Most importantly, Scott is an innovative and inspirational leader who practices what he preaches. He's also pretty damn funny (in a uniquely Scott way). Benefit Snapshot: Flexible Time off Work from home 2x a week Competitive pay Self-driven opportunities for professional development Exciting product and growing company

Cons

I love that our work schedules are flexible and we're able to work from home 2x a week, however, there is a trade-off to this flexibility. It's hard to organize outings after work and bond with colleagues outside of the professional environment. That being said, it can be done, you just have to put in a little more planning and effort.
