Cons
I do not have any real cons to share. However, being a consultant is tough, especially at a high-performing company like Struber. If you have a serious passion or calling outside work, I wouldn’t recommend working for a professional services consultancy like Struber. I am a sponsored athlete and finished 5th at the Olympic Trials one week prior to starting with Struber. Since becoming a consultant, my athletics career has suffered to the point where I’m no longer in a position to compete, let alone make a national final. I was able to manage full-time work and a sporting career with previous jobs, but not anymore.
