Pros

Competitive Salary: The pay is in line with market rates, making it financially attractive. Paid Benefits: Stronghold offers solid benefits, which is a major plus compared to other companies. Nice Office Space: The physical workspace is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. High Visibility: Being a small office, you can gain exposure to different departments and leadership.

Cons

Toxic Work Environment: Leadership lacks direction and does not know how to effectively utilize departments, leading to chaos and inefficiency. Frat Bro Culture: The office culture is heavily male-dominated, with little respect for women. Poor Work-Life Balance: Expect to work through nights, weekends, and holidays, making it difficult to maintain a family or personal life. Non-Traditional Work Schedule: Long hours are the norm, with some executives even sleeping at the office. Excessive Monitoring: All communication is closely monitored via Global Relay, and Slack is the primary method of interaction—even for executives. "Look Busy" Mentality: Employees are expected to appear constantly engaged, regardless of actual productivity. Lack of Clear Goals: Leadership frequently sends employees down unnecessary rabbit holes rather than providing structured, achievable objectives. Poor Communication: Executives struggle with respectful and clear communication, often leading to confusion and frustration. Misplaced Spending Priorities: The company wastes money on unnecessary expenses like Christmas cards instead of investing back into employees. Rigid WFM Policies: Despite being a small office, management is inflexible with work-from-home policies, which could otherwise improve retention and productivity.

Pros

Company very intentional with how they teach and what work they have me do. Allowing me to actually work on projects that truly affect the company.

Cons

High expectations for their workers. Which arguably isn’t a con, but some people may see it as that.

Pros

Leadership likes to spend money on employee events because they don't know how to lead. The benefits are pretty good though, they pay for them.

Cons

Everything else. Culture isn't great aside from the employee events. Leadership will scream at you on any given day.
