Dispatche doesn't rotate employees, or pick the crews. Superintendent assigned to projects tells dispatch who they want. Lie to employees calling in for project assignments,, telling them "nothing available" bla bla! But they have hiring opportunities posted on FB, indeed, glassdoor, and on the company's website currently! Travel is extensive, miss many family events and holidays.
