      Very exciting time to be there as the company is growing. Great and compassionate management.

      Cons

      If you are someone that does not like change, this place is not for you. Growth is exciting but can be hard to manage if this is something that you are not used to.

      Pros

      Great place to work. They save lives and are easy to work with. Company has an exciting growth plan.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment and not for everyone. A growing company is rewarding but also takes someone that can handle/manage change... this is only a con if you want the same routine job from 9-5. If you want a challenge then this is a place to come help grow the vision.

      Pros

      I agree with what others said about the so called interview. The owner babbled on about the history of his company only to reveal at the end that it was a 100% commission job. It was not advertised as such. Creepy and misleading.

      Cons

      The whole thing seems like a way to get salespeople to work for free until a sale is made.
