      Pros

      Easy access to building and parking lot.

      Cons

      Required to stay later than scheduled. Not guaranteed hours or set schedule. Required to do the maintenance that the custodial crew doesnt/wont do. Breaks are not given even if asked for.

      Lots of bonuses and paid time off is concurrent with worked hours so really rack if up
