Pros
The pay is good and they have benefits for management only that's the only good thing about this company .......
Cons
Since the company was bought out by Sunoco everything has gone down hill, it used to be a family oriented company now they expect us to produce unrealistic numbers and labor, what's worse is that they claim to have benefits for full time employees which they have but they make it impossible for them to get, they don't allow management to hire anyone full time so everyone comes in as part time (except management) for those who start working full time in order to get the benefits they are told that they are unable to be given those benefits unless they are in management which is another lie, I have lost so many really good employees due to this and it has left me struggling to find the right ones that don't want full time, As much as I enjoyed working here in the past I have realized that it is not the same company it was before and for those reasons and that of cheating off the employees from their deserved benefits I have chosen to leave the company I don't recommend this job to anyone interested in management the only one that is salary is the GM and they expect you to work past 50 hours (even thought your salary is based off of 50) I also don't recommend this job for anyone wanting to work full time as a cashier unless you don't mind not getting any benefits One last note: the turn over in this company is ridiculous for the exact reasons listed above.
