The fast-paced, action-oriented environment may not be for everyone. If you prefer a slower pace, it might take some adjustment, but for self-starters, it’s a great fit!

As a software engineer with limited past experience, Strider has been great at assigning me with responsibilities to make me feel valued, and encouraging my growth and learning.

Really nothing but pros, I guess flexible PTO policy is a little vague and there is an 'unspoken' 15 days you get a year. But that is in addition to the many days that we get off, not just including holidays but a company wide week off in July and in December.
