Leadership is lacking SUBSTANTIAL experience in managing employees.
- This ranges from the everyday tasks to understanding the needs of individual employees.
There have been a number of employees that have been let go due to "performance". While there may be merit in some regards a number of the people (over the course of the year) let go are very intelligent and hard working people. This leads to a belief that they are downsizing due to lack of projected sales and trying to cover up an actual round of layoffs.
