Pros

Let me see... 1) Work From Home Friday’s 2) New Office 3) Summer Hours 4) Convenient Location Close To Grand Central

Cons

Where to begin.... 1) Every day there is a new crisis. Which means endless amounts of rework, and very long days that are stressful, and anxiety inducing. 2) The CEO behaves like an overgrown child, only hires her friends or relatives, even though most of them are unqualified, and has zero vision for the company. Her main concern is how to create the illusion that the company is not a total failure so they can finally get it sold. 3) There is no innovation. They just keep recycling the same old formulas, and try to prop them up with campaigns that make no sense, and visuals that look 20 years old. This is probably why the past 3 launches have failed. 4) The infighting and dysfunction across all departments makes it nearly impossible to get anything accomplished. Plus the lack of planning requires the already overworked departments to take on workloads that are nearly impossible to manage. 5) The turnover rate is very high. The only people that last more than a year are the lifers who have been with the company since the beginning. Within the first 3 months, most of the new hires begin to realize the mess they’ve stepped into, and start looking for the exit sign. 6) The hours are long, the pay is bad and, regardless of what they tell you, bonuses are nonexistent.
