-positive work environment -reasonable pay -friendly coworkers -flexible

-same day firings frequent -zero notice for being let go -will fire you with no grounds, even after years of employment -high turnover -will try to make you do as much extra work as possible, far outside the normal scope of what you were hired to do -will restructure your position and title without agreement -overstates possibilities of advancement; "promotions" are lateral with no pay increase
