Pros

Exciting: Every day, there is something new to learn or a new fire to put out. This means the environment is quickly moving, and your day can pivot quickly, which I personally enjoy. Passion: Everyone is super passionate about their work and how it can impact Stream in a beneficial way. Every individual's goal is directly tied to a company's goal. Transparency: Everyone is super open to teaching and learning new things. People are also willing to take or give constructive criticism in ways that benefit the team. There are no mind games or HR puzzles to figure out. Everything is laid out in front of you, and the team is super helpful in getting you comfortable at Stream Benefits: Express lane for CO members, gym and learning expenses, and lunch provided during in-person days. Also love the hybrid schedule.

Cons

Challenging: The learning curve can be challenging. There is a lot of material to learn from a sales and technical perspective. This creates some longer days to get your footing. Tenacity: To be successful at Stream, it requires tremendous tenacity to stay with it every day and try to produce more than you did the previous day. This may not be required for every role, however, to succeed this seems to be the road map.

Pros

Other than working independently? None.

Cons

Here at Stream, the leadership is the problem. The leaders here foster a chaotic and hostile company culture where employees are verbally abused and constructive feedback is met with ridicule. The leaders don’t communicate at all, and they don’t listen to the ideas and complaints of their employees. They’re terrible people who aren’t capable of leading employees. They don’t deserve their leadership positions.
