No wonder this place went belly up. They paid close to minimum, the product was crap and the owner was never there. When she was there she allowed the ‘Sales Manager’ Nadina to treat employees like literal pieces of crap.

Everything, but especially the lack of leadership and direction.

Used to have fun, start up energy

Extremely low pay, no long term vision, no benefits, production workers only work 2 days a week. The owner has no value for long term relationships and she has burned bridges in the community. Extremely high turnover rate. Everyone walks around like the walking dead. All show and no go. Penny pinching mentality. Charitable giving is questionable and perhaps fraudulent. Giving a 12 pack of oatmeal does not count as charitable giving. Company does not give 10% to charity as indicated on the cups and on website.
