At Stratyfy, they cultivate a very collaborative environment although it's a remote first company. They encourage team work and asking for help so that you can always get support when struggling on something. There is also a lot of learning opportunities as the industry is rapidly growing and the company needs to keep up with it. Additionally, the management team is very knowledgeable and always ready to share the knowledge.
Cons
As this is an early stage startup there might be some uncertain times. Also you need to be open to the fast changes of priorities.
