No day is ever the same, Constantly keeping you on your toes, which is a fun workplace dynamic. Flexibility of work-life balance and no micro-management. When you have good months it pays well and the people are great! Great start for anyone looking to get into the finance industry with an industry leader.
Cons
Office can be very quiet and there is no buzz around like there used to be. Though flexibility is nice it would be good to see more people in. Certain brokers were rewarded more than others. Fewer opportunities to progress further.
