      Egotistical delusional upper management at the very top- Inexperienced management at home office. Micromanagment, no work life balance/no stability. Zero ethics!

      Great products that are simple and effective, they address multiple clinical areas (radiation dermatology, chemo, wound care, aesthetics)

      Cons

      Smaller organization, regulatory challenges, earlier a fair amount of turnover, seems to be stabilized now.... very competitive industry.
