      No pros. The so-called "manager" acts as if he's the CEO.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, no leadership skills, no empathy for the employee, the manager likes to butter up upper management.. no work-life balance, often disapproving of leave requests.

      Very unprofessional, they are very clique based, they hire family members who don't know what they are doing. The recruiters lie to your face. Especially for blue cross. Stay far far away
