Pros
Schedule- 8:30-4:30 The manager (which is the daughter of the CEO ) is very professional and has people skills. The regular employees that are not management or leaders are very kind but stay very quite.
Cons
The CEO is unprofessional-brings religion into the work atmosphere. Very narcissistic atmosphere, the most negative workplace I have ever worked. Leaders don’t realize that being a leader is more than a title and takes empathy and understanding to be a leader. Leaders also need to listen to what they speak about because the space they speak in is around everyone and sometimes it is inconsiderate of other employees that are around. A lot of nuances for a business that has been open for years and needs a lot of work to become a better work environment.
