      Pros

      I enjoyed working out in the field everyday as I like working on my own.I have always worked in outside sales and like it as things are a little different every day.

      Cons

      The only cons and the reason I ended up leaving was the compensation.I didn’t want to leave but I was offered a better package that I couldn’t turn down

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
