      good local managers and cool products

      Cons

      We thought company was heading in the right direction. but new ceo reneged on sales commission payouts. Reps were excited about chance to make more money. Heard best sr managers maybe vp's left the company

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
