I've been working at Strategic for over 10 years. One thing I will say about Strategic is that it has been a great learning experience, and personally it transformed from a “Job” to a “Career,” once I saw the owners vision. Why would you not want to be a part of a team, where the leaders want to be the very best at what they do? Growing up an athlete, I always had that competitiveness in my personality, and contributing to a team that wants to win as much as I do, is a HUGE plus. I enjoy interacting with clients, and forming trustworthy relationships with them. I enjoy helping our clients grow their own business, as we grow our business—it’s a WIN WIN! Joining the Strategic team, has been one of the best career moves for me and my family, thus far.
Cons
Managing the day to day operations as well as the client needs can be a bit challenging. If you are not the type of person that likes to rise to the occasion, and would rather just collect a paycheck and not be an instrumental component to your company, this isn’t the place for you.
