Pros
-willing to hire straight out of college
-Most of the people are nice and try their best
Cons
-You are required to form an LLC so the company can get around supplying overtime pay, benefits and taking taxes out on your behalf. They make it sound like you are an entrepreneur and it will be good for you, but it results in you essentially paying double taxes, as the taxes the employer would normally pay gets shifted to the employee. Employees are required to pay for all the registration of the LLC themselves, even though the employer requires it and must be completed before you receive any paychecks.
-No benefits, no sick days, no paid time off at all. Even though they say you are an independent entity many of the constraints of the company mirror that of being an employee without any of the plusses.
-Upper management actively seeds people against each other in a misguided attempt to motivate or make them fear losing their jobs.
-will take anyone. Almost no one has a background in what the job entails and because of that results are mixed.
-Management has little actual power without the CEO trying to micromanage.
-Getting paid monthly is a hassle, and depending on your hire date you may not recieve a full paycheck until 2 months after hire.
