Pros

You get paid and the coffee in the kitchen is quite good...there is a few nice people there too.

Cons

I honestly do not know where to begin with this. We'll start with the Senior members of staff. - The management style is aggressive. You will be berated heavily for the smallest of infringements- and I mean heavily. You will be taught early on that this is not a place where you're allowed to ask "why?" or "how?" and present innovative ideas. You must fall in line. Most people above the level of associate consultant is ready to turn on you any second and their friendship MUST be taken with a pinch of salt. But thats not the real issue with this place. - Their methods are as outdated as the office aesthetics and there is a true cultural problem at play. Management should nurture and grow employees- and thus the company. The only reason they survive is due to a constant turnover of staff at associate level who are effectively cash cows. You come in, you work unbelievable hours and you're "milked" dry until fired or you quit. You leave and although your work/life balance is restored, you have a black mark on your CV. You've worked somewhere for less than a year and its difficult to twist into a positive. - If you have a degree in science or engineering and you think academically this role is aligned or worthwhile, think again. The tasks you perform on a day to day basis are no more than glorified admin with a bit of a data consolidation.

Pros

Honestly, there’s nothing positive I can say. If you received an offer from this company, you’re clearly qualified for far better consulting firms. Don’t settle—keep exploring other opportunities. This one isn’t worth your time.

Cons

The workers’ eyes look dead, and they seem scared of the CEO, like typical yes-men. It feels like an empire where you can’t do anything the CEO might dislike, or you’ll be immediately fired. There’s no sense of safety, day to day. I even saw one successful applicant who had their offer suddenly withdrawn because of the CEO’s personal impression, which I would say is all the more unfair.

Pros

Amazing team, very good management that spend some time to make you learn faster, the hours are ok for the industry, the work is demanding but in a good way, you are challenged and the day goes by super quickly, projects are with very interesting companies

Cons

No work from home, so if you do not live close to Soho it is complicated
