      Great small/mid-size government contractor treats employees like family. They try and take care of all their employees during ups and downs of government work contracting and with personal life.

      Cons

      In any work related to government contracting, a company's hands can be tied to what they can and cannot do with relation to the contracting world. But they have smart people and really do care about their employees.
