Good percent off staff travels, free meals,free coffee, week on week off, some good hard working people.
Cons
Bad management, The Supervisor I had the unfortunate of working under was a big bully, she was the reason many people quit, toxic work culture, expects to work overtime with no compensation, different ships has different work load (more) yet same amount of staff!
