The position was literally just listening to clips and then clicking yes or no. If you like going insane this position is for you. The company dresses up the listing to make it sound like it actually involves marketing... it doesn't, but rather is the most minimalistic data entry you will ever come across.
There are supposed advancements, but the contract says that they are not promised, but based on review, so if you are lucky and stick it out 6 months clicking boxes yes or no...you might get offered a bit more money...MIGHT.
Company is likely to respond to this post trying to cover their rear, it's also something they do. I think it's sad that:
A. Straight North is a digital marketing company that posts false reviews of their own business to pad sites such as Glassdoor.
B. Aggressively responds to each complaint trying to cover up their issues rather than address them.
C. I really have to highlight the point they pad their reviews and post generic copy reviewing their own firm to boost their credibility...
