They have Heat and AC in the shop as well as good lighting. Management is willing to spend money and invest in the company and its people. Lots of variety of work, from longer production runs of standard products to large one-off's in exotic materials. Constructive feedback is welcomed, and everyone can voice concerns or suggestions.
