A young and niche management consultancy with huge potential - Anonymous employee Stradegi Employee Review

I worked in Stradegi's Singapore team for over two years. A relatively young consultancy which focuses exclusively on investment management and has close to 200 consultants globally, Stradegi is a very interesting combination of a niche management consultancy with the agility of startup (literally no bureaucracy). A great place for young and ambitious people to learn the investment management business by working hand-on alongside some of the largest asset managers (they have a solid client base), get noticed by the senior management and grow quickly within the firm. Stradegi is also very selective while hiring new people (you will go through at least 5 rounds of case studies/interviews) which results in some of the smartest folks with extremely impressive track records in the team. Above all there is a sense of camaraderie within the team which I feel is priceless (in fact I’m still very well connected with most of my Stradegi colleagues even after so many days).
