Good salary for an internship in Paris, inside Paris, attentive to anyone's ideas

Curious idea of automation asking people to manually check or being able to guarantee quality of huge data (millions of entries), false impression of a startup with actually no flexibility on the hours, badly defined job definitions (webdesign decisions made by everyone instead of a qualified developer), bosses playing "emotional blackmail" with employees when these are leaving. Criticism shared only to reproach and not to ask people to do better resulting in less and less motivation from the employees and worsening working atmosphere.

Offices are in the center of Paris.

The management is the biggest problem: micro-management, preferential treatments that exacerbates divisions within teams, no clear guidance, just blames and criticisms, and very childish behavior overall. The salary is RIDICULOUS. They want experts and professionals specializing in rare zones, and they refuse to pay them well. Most importantly, the job description does not match the actual job. Talk about automation but ask people to manually check huge datas (millions of entries). This is absolutely not a startup: there are no flexibility on the hours, top management watch closely all your breaks and times. To add to that, the hypocrisy and lack of trust of this same top management does not motivate anybody to work for them.
