Great product and engineer leadership

Not too much cons that I can think of

Every kind of unstructured data you could ever want--text, image, video, audio, geospatial, multi-modal. Interesting information retreival and recommendation problems with a relatively small team to work on them. Annual hackathons where creativity is encouraged. Laid back atmosphere with plenty of time for vacations Good folks in a lot of different parts of the business who are easy to talk to and get to know. The ML/Data Science team are all also easy to get to know and brilliant.

The business does face headwinds like other reviews have said, but it's a great place to learn and hone your data skills.
