-training is disorganised and feedback while encouraged is actually not wanted in reality -training feels rushed and feedback on it feels unwelcome -supervisors while responsible for you make no time to actually connect with you and your work -high focus on negative feedback and no positive feedback - antiquated and inefficient software -certain staff members are definitely prioritised over new people - not as inclusive as portrayed -company culture is very cold incredibly hard to integrate it’s cliquey and new members are not welcomed -isolating work and immense micro management -system is not efficient for new ideas and change even though it says it is -
