Pros

Colleagues, consultants (not management) they are truly the most supportive support system that keeps me going everyday

Cons

Where do i begin… there so many cons that this glassdoor page might not be enough for me to fill up 1. Leadership - Lack of leadership, incompetent leaders - Market research on the industry was not properly conducted, clearly it shows in the number of jobs pulled and terms signed in total as of now - When consultants came in to build the database, there wasnt a single term signed and there were no jobs or clients pulled. Candidates added were less than 10, leader clearly didnt set such a good example huh - Inexperience leaders were then brought in as not only did they not know the industry but they lack knowledge of the processes, the tools that were used and expect consultants who were 6-8months into the job to teach them. Where is the team that is suppose to be doing these trainings? Thats not our job! 2. Messy structure - POOR communication overall, different leaders in management were telling consultants different things and were not aligned with each other. Who are we suppose to listen? Sit down together and get your information aligned!! We are sick of it! Additionally, management were always telling consultants different things everyday. Talk about adapting to change…. - Feedback were not taken seriously and when it was taken into account, it was a restructuring that was done within a day by pulling the VP out of the position, kicking consultants into different brands and verticals. All within 1 day! Sounds like we are another tech company having a layoff…. Ha ha ha ha 3. Empty promises, too much fluff - When consultants went for the interview, they were told that deals were easy to make and we can be making 100k every month. I dont see that when i come in, where are the consistent monthly deals? Even one of the top billers left. Liars! Dont be scammed if u want to make money, this is not the place to be. 4. Extremely high turnover rate - Every month i observed that there is at least one person who left regardless of the brand, shows a lot about the company especially when the average tenure on LinkedIn shows 6 months. Do you really want to be in a company with high turnover rate? Think again 5. Crazy targets - They were not solving current problems but continue to add ridiculous targets to everyone and that includes spamming all the clients with our emails. We feel so sorry to the clients who have to receive an email from us every week Join at your own risk or perhaps i rather you dont even consider this company at all unless you want to kill time out of boredom

Pros

Great environment to learn from talented people. Amazing experience! Young people your age & a positive leadership team pushing you to learn more at all points in your career.

Cons

Specializing is important & going in the role with a certain niche would speed up billing.

Pros

Incentives were good, casual environment, decent growth trajectory and young environment (kind of a con though, everyone too playful with each other)

Cons

Everyone that works together just goes home and hang's out with one another there is no work life balance. Managers micromanage you and pick favorites. They only help the "best workers" improve and then force the rest to quit. Managers also make comments on appearance and get too involved in personal life. They make you feel like you can't take a day off and if you do take one off they ask what you're doing and want to know everything. Most of the people there have been with the company since it started and don't understand how a business should be run because they haven't experienced anything else and think they are better than everyone. I am not the only person that feels this way, people are afraid to speak up because there's no proper HR team.
