Pros
Wage plus commission. StorageMart WILL take care of you. There really isn't a lot of stress to the job. There are slow days and days you really need to hustle. As with most things in life it is what you make of it. I have worked at many different locations, big, small, fast and slow. It is not unusual to work alone, personal time management is a must. Structure is created in the company, training program is very on par for the job. Team atmosphere and co workers are always willing to help. Great 401k, you will be hard pressed to find one that is better. People listen when you talk and I have never had anyone hold my opinion against me. If you like working with and helping people and occasionally working on your own, then this is the place for you.
Cons
I don't have any cons about the company or the job that is not common with other organization. Sure, everyone would like to make more money, not everyone would like to do the work. Of course everyone would like better health insurance, but their insurance is on par with most companies of the same size if not better.
