      I had great colleagues who all left too

      Cons

      Constant monitoring, frequently asked to call competitors for prices, sometimes 11 hour shifts alone meaning no breaks. I left and was unable to give 30 days notice due to a bereavement at home and my final pay of over £800 was withheld from me and I was threatened with court action for not giving notice. Still awaiting my pay and payslip.

      Pros

      Perfect environment for you if you are foul, racist, misogynistic, and just plain ignorant.

      Cons

      The MD is truly a terrible person who has zero regards for anyone. The nicknames her managers have for her are correct and she would rather protect her horrible staff than do the right thing. I hope decent people stay away from this role as it is not a job for them, but even if you took the job you’d probably not stay for longer than 6 months like everyone else.
