Pros
Great colleagues, collaborative culture, bright people, thorough and good at our jobs. Fun culture, flexible working, superb approach to candidates as well as clients. Stopgap really does live by its values, which is impressive. People stay here for a long time and they do that for a reason, it's a good place to work.
Cons
Recruitment is an intense business, it's full on but probably the same anywhere.
