There’s a strong customer-first culture and great teamwork across the business. The onboarding process was exceptionally well managed, making it easy to settle in, learn quickly, and feel valued from day one.

There can occasionally be opportunities for greater cross-team visibility, as some departments naturally focus on their own priorities. However, colleagues are always approachable and willing to collaborate when needed. As the company continues to grow, there is scope to build even more connections across teams and share knowledge more widely.

Management is weak and full of yes-men. There is little leadership, no accountability, and no willingness to challenge poor decisions. Making mass redundancies while the company is already struggling makes no sense. Instead of fixing the real problems, management is cutting the people who actually keep the business running.
