Pros
Hard work, but fair work. The management team definitely push you to succeed and often take you out of your comfort zone, but for a first job (which it was), I learn alot about the industry and also myself very quickly. I didn't always enjoy my time there but I certainly gained lots of skills and experience which has later benefitted me.
Good social life, often incentivised and rewarded for good work.
Qualifications paid for by the company and pushed to qualify and take on your own clients.
Cons
Trial by fire. From day 1 you are cold calling.
Salary isn't great and puts a pressure on your ability to cold call for clients.
Very much a boysclub style culture.
